LASEMA, other Responders rescue Kairo Market Fire outbreak

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA has rescued the fire outbreak at Kairo Market, Oshodi, at about 8:15pm today, Thursday, 6th May, 2021.

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA has rescued the fire outbreak at Kairo Market, Oshodi, at about 8:15pm today, Thursday, 6th May, 2021.

According to report posted on the agency’s social media platform said “Consequent upon arrival at the scene, it was discovered that some key klamp shops were engulfed with fire. The cause of the fire could not be ascertained as at the time of filing in this report”.

“Fortunately, no record of loss of lives but goods worth fortune was lost to the inferno”.

The LASEMA Response Team, its Fire Unit and Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service have been able to put out the fire from escalating further and dampening down completed.
