Akanle gave the advice on Thursday at the Monthly Staff Forum of the Station, emphasising the need to always work on feedback as it is an essential part of the communication process and a veritable ingredient in the decision-making process.

The General Manager said that reflecting on feedback would further enhance the provision of traffic information on all modes of transportation and travel advisory and by extension assist in the actualisation of the Traffic Management and Transportation pillar of the T.H.E.M.E.S agenda of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration.

While thanking all members of staff for their commitment and dedication to the onerous task that is adding value to motorists and commuters in Lagos, Akanle promised to further boost their morale by improving their welfare packages which would ultimately lead to improved efficiency and productivity.

The General Manager stressed that the Forum was designed as an interactive platform for members of staff towards evaluating pertinent issues and finding solutions to challenges that may work against the delivery of its mandate.
