The Lagos State Government has lauded and recognized the second-place winner at the 2024 National Festival (NAFEST) Miss Akanji Omobolanle.

The Lagos State Government has lauded and recognized the second-place winner at the 2024 National Festival (NAFEST) Miss Akanji Omobolanle.

The CEO of the Lagos State Council for Arts and Culture (LSCAC), Mr. Idowu Johnson, accompanied by some of the management team, visited Dansol High School, Agidingbi-Ogba, to present the 2nd Place Award to Akanji Omobolanle, the Lagos State representative at the 2024 NAFEST Essay Writing Competition.

Akanji Omobolanle distinguished herself by competing against numerous talented students from across the country, ultimately securing the 2nd place position. Her remarkable achievement highlights her dedication, creativity, and academic excellence.

The award presentation, held in the presence of the entire school community, aimed to celebrate her success while inspiring other students to strive for excellence. It served as a reminder that with hard work, determination, and focus, they can achieve any goal they set their minds to.

The Lagos State Council for Arts and Culture remains committed to recognising and supporting young talents who uphold the state’s rich cultural and intellectual heritage.
