LAGFERRY has successfully installed the 6 Units of 300Hp Ultralong 4-Stroke Outboard Engines (the first of its kind in the Nigerian Water Transportation Industry) on its 60 Passengers’ Boats – MF ALAUSA, MF ITESIWAJU and MF EJIRIN.
This will improve our operational cost effiency, reduce travel time, increased loading capacity and offer pleasant experiences of commuters on the inland waterways of Lagos State.
A journey of 27km onboard the boats from Ikorodu to CMS/Marina takes 40minutes instead of the previous 90minutes, doing 22knots at 4000Rev Per Minute!
