Lagos First Lady in attendance as LASEMA holds Simulation Exercise

The First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. (Mrs.) Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu had the opportunity of joining the First Simulation Exercise of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) in the year 2021 at its Cappa Base on Monday.

The First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. (Mrs.) Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu had the opportunity of joining the First Simulation Exercise of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) in the year 2021 at its Cappa Base on Monday.

This exercise was designed for a better emergency and disaster management as well as risk reduction and response.

Speaking at the event, the First Lady said: “I felicitate with the Management and Staff of LASEMA on this occasion of its first Simulation Exercise in Y2021 and wish the Agency a successful completion”.

“To residents and organizations in the state, I urge you to be safety conscious. Safety starts with people resolving to take individual responsibility to ward off any potential threat. It is our collective responsibility to work with government to protect us,” she said.
