Lagos Fire Service puts out fire at bank premises in Badagry

The Lagos State Fire Service has put out a Fire at the alternative power generating set of the Wema Bank branch on Joseph Dosu Way, Badagry, Lagos.

The Lagos State Fire Service has put out a Fire at the alternative power generating set of the Wema Bank branch on Joseph Dosu Way, Badagry, Lagos.

The Fire which was reported at about 10:24 hours Monday morning saw the Badagry Fire Station of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service raised to douse the Fire before it could spread to the bungalow bank building in front of the generator.

The Fire according to Mrs Margaret Adeseye, Director Lagos Fire Service, has been successfully put out within the generator area leaving it burnt while saving the bank branch and adjoining buildings.

She added that no injury or death was recorded.
