The Governance Advisory Council (GAC) members led by Prince (Dr.) Oluyole Olusi, alongside the executive members of the Lagos State APC, chairmen of the 57 LGAs and LCDAs, LGA party leaders, and other key stakeholders, gathered on Tuesday for the official demonstration of the APC E-Registration platform at the party’s ACME Secretariat in Ogba, Ikeja.
The landmark event, which also featured the public unveiling of the new digital registration portal, drew distinguished party elders and leaders who described the initiative as a major technological leap for party administration in Lagos State.
In his address, Prince Oluyole Olusi commended the party leadership for championing the innovation, calling the E-Registration platform a “game-changer” that will strengthen internal democracy, ensure accurate membership records, and strategically position the party for future electoral successes.
During the demonstration, officials showcased key features of the platform, including real-time registration, biometric capture, instant membership card issuance, and seamless data synchronization across all levels of the party structure. Several leaders conducted their registration on-site and received both digital and physical membership cards, drawing applause from attendees.
Lagos APC Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, assured members that the E-Registration exercise will be deployed across all 245 wards in Lagos State in the coming days. He urged loyal party members to participate fully, emphasizing that the new system will promote a more organized, inclusive, and formidable party structure.
The event further reinforced Lagos APC’s reputation as a trailblazer in progressive governance and innovative political administration in Nigeria.
