Lagos APC swears in new Executives, gears up for National Convention

Ahead of its March 26 National Convention, the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has sworn in 36 new executives of the party in the state.

Lagos APC Swears In New Excos

The newly-elected excos led by Chairman of the party in the state, Hon. Pastor Cornelius Oyefolu Ojelabi were sworn in on Monday, March 14, 2022, at the Lagos APC secretariat.

Speaking at the inauguration, Pastor Cornelius urged the newly inaugurated APC Executives to work and ensure APC victory in forthcoming elections and make the party a home for everyone.

He further urged the Lagos APC Executive members not to be moved by the issues of caucus rocking the party but work together to regain the party’s lost glory.

The Lagos Party Chairman also charged the excos to commence a process of harmony at their various constituencies and genuine reconciliation.

The Assistant Financial Secretary, All Progressive Congress (APC), Lagos chapter, Hon. (Evang) Olufunke Olaleye thanked everyone for their support while calling for prayers for the newly-sworn in Excos to allow them discharge their duties in a Godly way.

She said, “Today is a great day for our party, the APC, for a successful inauguration and swearing-in. The work has started and we have a huge task ahead of us to ensure we respositoon our party for success. I want to thank everyone for their support and solicit their prayers for us as we begin this journey. With your support and prayers, I am sure we will discharge our duties in a Godly way.”
