Nigeria played goalless draw with Sierra Leone in their Tuesday’s African Cup of Nations qualifying match inside the Siaka Stevens stadium, Freetown.

Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr made some changes to the team that played the historic 4-4 draw with the Leone Stars on Friday inside the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium, Benin City.

Everton striker Kelechi Ihenacho replaced injured Victor Osimhen.

Nigeria now have eight points from four matches ahead of Benin, Sierra Leone and Lesotho.

Meanwhile Senegal has qualified for the tournament to be hosted in Cameroon.

Confederation of African Football (CAF) postponed the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations to January 2022 after the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic.
