The Yeye-Sewa of Lagos and Member of the Governing Advisory Council of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Lagos State Chapter, Chief Mrs. Kemi Nelson has congratulated the National Leader and Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for his victory at the party’s Presidential Primary on Wednesday.
The erstwhile Southwest Women Leader of the APC who also attended the epoch APC Primary at the Eagle Square, Abuja, in a chat with Lagos Panorama described the former Lagos State Governor as a leader par excellence.
Chief Mrs. Nelson said “Good leadership consists of showing average people how to do the work of superior people, Asiwaju have inculcated this in us his disciples, he personifies hard work, perseverance, benevolence and care for others”
“I know he’s the perfect choice for the next President of Nigeria because he’ll work for the people, I pray that God bless him continually with the grace to succeed”
“I am proud of him, I know that he will make us proud with his good work, so I congratulates him on scaling the first huddle.”
“We have full belief and confidence in him and we know he will do amazingly well when eventually elected President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, hence, I also say congratulations in advance for his amazing success in the coming 2023 Presidential Election”
When asked about her experience as a commissioner under Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s administration 199-2003, she said “I had the privilege of working with Asiwaju when he was the governor of Lagos State, as one of his Commissioner, he is an expert in keeping his team focused on goal and motivate to do our best to achieve expected results, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter”
“I must say that I am not surprise at the victory of our indefatigable National Leader, because he deserves far more, considering his contributions to individuals, institutions across the length breadth of this country and stabilizing democracy”
“May I also congratulate the party leadership for conducting a free and fair primary, as this will help in strengthening internal democracy and ensure progress in the polity” she alluded.
