The Deputy Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu (ARK), has commended the leadership and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikeja Constituency II for the success of the party’s recently concluded membership e-registration exercise.

Hon. Kasunmu gave the commendation on Monday, February 9, 2026, while hosting coordinating agents of the e-registration centres established across the constituency to support the exercise. The meeting, held at his constituency office, was organised to appreciate the agents for their dedication and effective service throughout the registration period.
To complement the party’s efforts and ensure a smooth registration process, the lawmaker had earlier established three fully equipped e-registration centres strategically located at his Constituency Office on Seriki Aro Street, Ward E (Ikeja); opposite Goshen Plaza, Ojodu Berger; and at Computer Village, Ward A (Ikeja).
Each centre was equipped with two digital tablets, a multipurpose smart printer, a 5G internet router with a 100GB data subscription, electricity extension cables, A4 printing paper, as well as canopies, chairs, and tables, which were deployed throughout the 22-day exercise.
Two party members were engaged as coordinating agents at each centre to enhance operational efficiency. At the Computer Village centre, Mr. Adesanya Adelaja and Hadjia Monsurat Kelani served as coordinators. The Seriki Aro Street centre was coordinated by Mr. Seun Makinde and Alhaja Kudirat Adebayo, while the Ojodu Berger centre was overseen by Mrs. Oloruntoyin Akinbode and Mr. Michael Amoo (Olumike), with support from Mr. Gabriel.
The appraisal meeting was attended by all coordinating agents, alongside the Councillor representing Ojodu Ward F, Hon. Abbas Abiodun Bismilahi.
Following the official conclusion of the exercise on Sunday, February 8, 2026, the coordinators presented reports detailing operational processes, challenges encountered, overall impact, and feedback from participants. They commended Hon. Kasunmu for his logistical and moral support, noting that it significantly enhanced the effectiveness of the exercise.
In his remarks, Hon. Kasunmu thanked the coordinators for their commitment, praised their loyalty to the party, and applauded the APC leadership for the successful conduct of the e-registration exercise across the Ikeja and Ojodu axis of the constituency.
