The Chairman Judiciary Committee Hon Victor Segun Akande has charged the Executive Chairman of Alimosho LG Hon Jelili Adewale to make the Judges at the Customary Court More comfortable so as to enable them discharge quality service to the people of the Local Government.
He made this call during the committee’s visit to Alimosho Customary Court as parts of working visit to Judicial facilities in Lagos State
Hon. Akande said the Customary Court is the baby of the Local Government, it can help in so many ways in the administration of justice system, the Officials need to be made comfortable and the working environment should be neat.Akande was accompanied by a member representing Oshodi-Isolo Hon Jude Idimogu ,the Permanent Secretary Judiciary Commission Mrs Balogun , Secretariat staff led by Mr Tunwashe Kehinde and others
Hon Jelili Adewale Sulaimon ,the Executive Chairman of Alimosho LG thanked the Committee for the Visit.He also charged the Committee to assist the Local Government to enact necessary Laws that can aid the Customary Court to assist the Council in Revenue generation ..
Mrs. Patricial Adeyanju speaking on behalf of other Court members promised to discharge their duties without fear or favour.
The Council Manager Mr Emmanuel Babatunde Akinbami,Public Affairs Officer Akinyemi Olusegun and the Legal Officer accompanied the Council Chairman during the Visit.
