It was indeed an atmosphere of merriments, laughter and joy as the kids celebrate the festive with the Executive Chairman, IRU-Victoria Island LCDA, Hon. Princess Rasheedat Abiodun Adu at the council secretariat yesterday.
The Christmas Party was top-notch as the children bounced in different bouncing castles, played games, danced, ate goodies and most importantly received their Christmas parcel from Santa Claus.
While addressing the Kids at the auspicious event, the chairman said,”Am delighted to see your smiling faces, it gives me joy always. You’ve been engaged with series of work academically over the months and because all works and no play makes jack a dull boy, we decided to organize this Christmas fun fair for you to celebrate the festive with us and am glad you’re having fun”.
However, I implore you all to be obedient and hard-working pupils, obey your parents, teachers and the laws of the country. Be a good ambassador of our great community, state and country as a whole, may Almighty God continue to give you wisdom, understanding and knowledge. May He make you all a blessing to your parents. Don’t forget to mask up and wash your hands regularly. Merry Christmas!! I love you all” The Chairman added.
