International Women’s Day: Faleke Celebrates Women, Commends Their Strength and Impact

In a statement issued on Sunday, Faleke paid tribute to the strength, resilience and brilliance of women, acknowledging their vital contributions to families, communities and national development.

The lawmaker noted that women continue to play transformative roles in society, breaking barriers and inspiring positive change across different sectors.

He emphasized that the celebration provides an opportunity to honour women who have consistently demonstrated courage, leadership and determination in shaping a better future for society.

Faleke also encouraged women to remain confident in their abilities and continue striving for excellence, noting that empowered women are key to building stronger communities and sustainable development.

He therefore urged Nigerians to celebrate and appreciate the women in their lives, recognizing their sacrifices, achievements and invaluable contributions to nation-building.

The Ikeja federal lawmaker reaffirmed the need for continuous support for policies and initiatives that promote women’s empowerment, gender equality and equal opportunities in leadership, education and economic participation.
