The Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission has officially issued Certificates of Return to Hon. Akeem Olalekan Dauda, AKOD, Chairman-elect of Ikeja Local Government, Vice Chairman-elect Hon. Abisola Omisore, and the six Councillors of the Local Government, ushering in a new era of hope and transformative governance for the people of Ikeja.

Speaking to journalists after receiving his Certificate of Return on Wednesday at the LASIEC Headquarters in Yaba, Dauda (AKOD) further elaborated on his transformative I.K.E.J.A AGENDA, a people-centered roadmap designed to ensure governance benefits all.

AKOD’s unwavering commitment to his IKEJA Agenda vision is rooted in a deep-seated purpose and conviction. The trust placed in him will be justified through tangible performance, impact, and inclusive governance, ultimately benefiting the people of Ikeja.

Hon. Abisola Omisore, the Vice Chairman-elect, reaffirmed their dedication to collaborative governance, prioritizing youth empowerment, infrastructural development, and community engagement.
