Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru (FCA), who represents Lagos East Senatorial District, has expressed deep appreciation following his unanimous endorsement by the leadership of the Governance Advisory Council (GAC) in Lagos East ahead of the 2027 senatorial race.
In a statement shared on Tuesday via his social media platforms, Abiru described the endorsement as both humbling and significant, noting that it reflects confidence in his performance and commitment to the people of the district.
He said the backing from the GAC serves as a strong affirmation of the work accomplished so far, while also reinforcing his resolve to serve with greater dedication, integrity, and purpose.
The senator emphasized that he views the endorsement not just as an honour, but as a responsibility to sustain impactful representation and continue advancing the welfare of constituents across Lagos East.
