From Economy to Business: Police Spokesman Hundeyin’s surprise upgrade on Ibom Air

Taking to his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Hundeyin recounted how he had purchased an economy class ticket for his journey.

Upon boarding, a cabin crew member welcomed him warmly and directed him to his assigned seat. Moments later, however, he was approached with surprising news.

“Excuse me, Mr Benjamin. The captain asked me to upgrade you to business class,” the crew member informed him.

Expressing gratitude for the gesture, Hundeyin credited Captain Fadahunsi for the honour and acknowledged Essien, the crew member who recognised him and alerted the captain to his presence.

He also extended his appreciation to Ibom Air for the unexpected privilege.In a lighthearted tone, the police spokesman referred to the experience as a milestone achievement, accompanied by emojis expressing his excitement and gratitude.
