Four passengers in a private vehicle were injured on Monday as it fell off the Otedola Bridge along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Lagos.

Four passengers in a private vehicle were injured on Monday as it fell off the Otedola Bridge along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Lagos.

According to Vanguard, it was unclear whether there were any fatalities among the passengers. although all four sustained injuries.

The news platform reports that emergency responders had yet to arrive at the scene, but bystanders and first responders were trying to rescue the trapped passengers from the wrecked vehicle.

The report says the accident caused confusion in the area and led to a rapid traffic build up as motorists slowed down while approaching the scene.
