The Member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Dr. James Abiodun Faleke, on Thursday received the Vice Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Hon. Abisola Omisore, alongside the Vice Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon. Funmi Layeni, the Vice Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, Hon. Shamsideen Oloyede, and the Secretaries to the Local Governments (SLGs) of Onigbongbo LCDA and Ojodu LCDA during a courtesy visit to his office in Abuja.
According to Hon. Abisola Omisore, the visit was aimed at expressing the delegation’s sincere appreciation to Rt. Hon. Faleke for his unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Ikeja Federal Constituency.
The delegation commended the federal lawmaker for his exemplary leadership, people-oriented representation, and impactful contributions to infrastructure development, education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and other initiatives that have continued to improve the welfare of residents across the constituency.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for productive discussions on deepening collaboration between the federal legislator and the local councils to accelerate sustainable development within Ikeja Federal Constituency.
The delegation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote good governance, inclusive growth, and efficient service delivery, while pledging to work closely with Rt. Hon. Faleke in advancing the collective aspirations of the people of Ikeja Federal Constituency.
