In commemoration of first 100 working days in office of second term tenure, Ikeja LG Executive Chairman, Dr. Mojeed Alabi Balogun marks the period with laudable sustainable development projects across Ikeja on Monday December 13, 2021. The local government under Dr. Mojeed Alabi Balogun led administration through the All Progressive Congress (APC) platform has done
remarkably well by ensuring certain and urgent needs of people of Ikeja are addressed.
The council Chairman in his speech applauded the support received so far from stakeholders and the people of Ikeja right from his first tenure in office, and till present moment of second term in office. ‘’just like yesterday, we were elected into office to begin second term tenure in office. In accordance with the demands of Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, we are committed to delivering quality governance to our people at the grassroots by ensuring sustainability of good legacy of our dear party – All Progressive Congress (APC)’’ – the Chairman posited.
‘’Today we have gathered to celebrate first 100 working days in office of my second tenure. We are not just celebrating without any impact made, but with obvious and remarkable sustainable development projects for the benefit of our electorates and our people in Ikeja generally’’ – Dr. Mojeed Balogun said.
As part of activities done to celebrate the event, financial and welfare packages are given to elderly citizens across various wards of Ikeja LGA.
