The Executive Chairman of Agbado/Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area, Hon. David Oladapo Famuyiwa, yesterday, presented the Year 2022 Budget to the councillors.
Presenting the two billion, five hundred and ninety-four million, seven hundred and five thousand, three hundred and thirty-one naira, forty six kobo (N2,594,705,331.46k) to the legislators, Hon. Famuyiwa informed the Legislative Council that his administration was able to meet up with the expectation of the people despite the environmental crises caused by the fall out of COVID-19.
“In year 2021, my administration delivered to our people through infrastructural development, better healthcare provision, literary development and other educational provisions”, he said.
The Executive Chairman promised to make the budget , as presented, meet up with the yearnings of the people when eventually approved by the House.
Receiving the budget from Hon. Famuyiwa, through the Clerk of the House, Mrs. Remilekun Giwason, the Leader, Hon. Olatunji Ogunyemi, promised to ensure speedy screening of the budget and cooperation of House members for the success of the administration.
Among those who witnessed the presentation were the Vice Chairman, Hon. (Mrs.) Moromoke Obe; members of the management, community leaders and party chieftains.
