Onilekere ward C on Monday hosted the All Progressive Congress, Ikeja Federal Constituency at the ongoing grassroots engagement/sensitization of voters for all its candidates across the 18 wards towards the forthcoming general elections.
The walk-through Rally took off from FAAN Headquarters and Climaxed at Onilekere/Onipetesi axis with lots of fun and entertainment from party members.
It was indeed a great turnout of APC Leaders from Ikeja Local Government LGA, Ojodu and Onigbongbo LCDAs. As well as Stakeholders, Party loyalists and members.
The APC lkeja LGA Chairman coincidentally from the Onilekere ward C, Mayegun Dally Adeokun led the rally and was ably supported by the Ikeja Local Government Council Chairman Engr. Mojeed Balogun.
Other Leaders in attendance include Alhaja Iyabo Akerele, the Chairperson Onigbongbo LCDA and Alhaja Kokumo, Chairperson Ojodu Lcda.
Also joined in the walk through Rally was the All Progressive Congress candidate contesting for Lagos State House of Assembly Ikeja Constituency 1 Honorable Prince Seyi Lawal, who has been constistent with the walk campaign rally.
In his wellcome address Alhaji Adeokun thanked all and sundry who had been part and parcel of the walk Rally and hereby as usual called on them to make sure that atleast each person mobilize 19 Others to make the dream of actualizing 200,000 votes in Ikeja a reality. He also advised them to come out and vote massively for all the APC Candidates in the general elections.
Speaking in the same vein Engr. Mojeed Balogun said its payback time for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for all the efforts he had made in bringing development closer to the people.
He however imployed them to also vote massively for all the APC Candidates during the general elections.
