The All Progressives Congress (APC) Ikeja Federal Constituency campaign rally resumed on Friday after the Christmas and New Year break recording a huge success in Alade Ward B of Ikeja Local Government.
The rally officially kicked off from Bisi Ogabi T-junction where the LGA Chairman who is also the Chairman of all LGA chairmen in Lagos State, Alhaji Dally Adeokun declared the walk open.
Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu (ARK), Lagos State House of Assembly, Ikeja Constituency 2 represented all the party’s candidates.
Hon. Kasumu’s presence at the rally really gear up the momentum of the members at the rally in Ikeja Ward B and his placards were displayed by several youths
The rally was well attended by the political leaders in the ward and equally across Ikeja Federal Constituency- some of which are; Engr Mojeed Alabi Balogun, the Executive Chairman, Ikeja LG, Alhaji Dali Adeokun, the LGA Chairman of Ikeja LG; Alhaja (Hon.) Olusola Kokumo, LGA chairman Ojodu LCDA; Alhaja Aminat Iyabode Akerele, the LGA Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA; All APC Ikeja LGA Executives, Vice Chairman Ikeja Local Government Council Hon. Yomi Mayungbe; All the Councillors and Supervisory Councillors of Ikeja LG; Prince Olufon, Engr. Taiwo Abiodun, Olori Lola Bashorun, Barrister Bayo Ayo, Barrister Olawale Ajala, among others
The walk aimed at engaging the grassroots and other stakeholders in Alade ward B, Ikeja LG to solicit votes for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the reelection of Mr Babajide Olushola Sanwo-olu as governor of Lagos State, Lagos West Senatorial Candidate Dr Idiat Oluranti Adebule, the reelection of the Federal lawmaker, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke for Ikeja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, both candidates for the Lagos State House of Assembly, Ikeja Constituencies I and II, Hon. Prince Seyi Lawal and Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu respectively, towards getting massive votes in the forthcoming 2023 general and the rally terminated at the resident of Alhaja Ogun’s House at Bisi Ogabi Street.
The Ikeja Federal Constituency campaign rally will continue on Monday at Ward B, Onigbongbo LCDA.
