COVID-19: Nigeria records 1,131new cases, Lagos reports 297

On the 11th of February 2021, 938 new confirmed cases and 8 deaths were recorded in Nigeria

Till date, 143516 cases have been confirmed, 118012 cases have been discharged and 1710 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory

The 938 new cases are reported from 20 states- Lagos (236), FCT (123), Plateau (92), Benue (63), Katsina (53), Oyo (50), Osun (45), Kaduna (43), Edo (33), Ogun (31), Ebonyi (31), Akwa Ibom (30), Kano (26), Gombe (18), Bauchi (16), Delta (12), Imo (11), Cross River (10), Rivers (10), Niger (5)

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities
