The 89 new cases are reported from 9 States-Bauchi (22), Edo (17), FCT (17), Lagos (15), Plateau (10), Kaduna (4), Taraba (2), Bayelsa (1) and Delta (1)

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities

Till date, 211,887 cases have been confirmed, 203,207 cases have been discharged and 2,895 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory
