Till date, 188880 cases have been confirmed, 169382 cases have been discharged and 2288 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory

The 637 new cases are reported from 19 states- Lagos (322), Rivers (70), Edo (54), Delta (34), Akwa Ibom (31), Kwara (31), FCT (29), Ekiti (17), Ogun (14), Osun (10), Kebbi (8), Cross River (5), Plateau (3), Taraba (3), Kaduna (2), Bayelsa (2), Benue (1), Enugu (1), and Kano (1)

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities
