Till date, 250009 cases have been confirmed, 221203 cases have been discharged and 3092 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory

The 423 new cases are reported from 17 States – Lagos (120), Rivers (118), Anambra (38), FCT (32), Gombe (31), Kaduna (21), Oyo (14), Benue (11), Cross River (10), Kwara (9), Borno (5), Kano (5), Bauchi (3), Jigawa (3), Abia (1), Ogun (1), and Sokoto (1)

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities
