On the 20th of September 2021, 393 new confirmed cases and 6 deaths were recorded in Nigeria

Till date, 202191 cases have been confirmed, 190901 cases have been discharged and 2661 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

The 393 new cases are reported from 15 states-FCT (121), Lagos (86), Edo (70), Delta (30), Rivers (24), Plateau (16), Benue (11), Cross River (10), Abia (8), Bayelsa (4), Gombe (4), Bauchi (3), Kano (3), Adamawa (2) and Taraba (1) .

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
