Till date, 212,359 cases have been confirmed, 204,010 cases have been discharged and 2,900 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory

The 209 new cases are reported from 12 States- Gombe (109), FCT (21), Rivers (21), Lagos (13), Bauchi (9), Ondo (9), Plateau (9), Enugu (7), Benue (5), Oyo (4), Ekiti (1), and Ogun (1)

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities
