Till date, 210295 cases have been confirmed, 198191 cases have been discharged and 2856 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory

The 159 new cases are reported from 13 states- Kaduna (47), Enugu (44), Benue (36), Delta (10), Lagos (7), Plateau (5), Rivers (3), Nasarawa (2), Bauchi (1), Bayelsa (1), Edo (1), Jigawa (1) and Kano (1)

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities
