In his words while speaking with Lagos Panorama, he stated that “he was a nice man to the core, loved by everybody, he doesn’t believe in amassing wealth to himself”.

“As we speak right now, we all know he doesn’t even have a house to himself. This house that I have come to pay a condolence visit is a rented apartment. A chairman that have held office in the local government for 6 years plus. So you can imagine the kind of person he was when he was alive. But we can’t query Almighty God because he has given us life and has taken it back. So there is nothing we can do but to always give him the glory, that thanks for the life our brother has spent on earth.

“So we pray that the Almighty God continue to be with his family, continue to give the family what they need to carry on in life”.

“The education of the children is very important at this time. May God stand with them and send them destiny helper to make sure the family doesn’t suffer this great loss. The grace of God will be with them. And also God will be with everyone, we will not witness sudden death anymore. May we all live so very long in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you very much” concluded the soft-spoken COS to Babajide Sanwo-Olu
