Coronavirus: Nigeria confirms 241 new cases, Lagos records 142 on Tuesday

NCDC Update as at 2nd June, 2020

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC), on Tuesday announced 241 new cases of coronavirus (#COVID19); in Nigeria with Lagos maintaining it epicenter status with 142 new cases of the deadly virus.

The @NCDCgov twitted the state breakdown : Lagos-142 Oyo-15 FCT-13 Kano-12 Edo-11 Delta-10 Kaduna -9 Rivers-9 Borno-8 Jigawa-4 Gombe-3 Plateau-3 Osun-1 Bauchi-1

As at Tuesday evening the nation have recorded a total of 10,819 cases of #COVID19Nigeria Discharged: 3,239 Deaths: 314

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, Lagos has recorded a total of 5,277 COVID-19 cases, 858 discharged after recovery and 67 fatalities as at Tuesday evening.
