Coronavirus: Lagos discharges 24 patients on Thursday – Sanwo-Olu

COVID-19 Update by The Incident Commander, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu 

The Incident Commander and Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced on Thursday that 24 coronavirus (COVID-19) patients of the 5,440 cases were discharged from isolation centres, in Lagos today.

He said they were discharged in line with NCDC guidelines, after testing negative twice to the virus.

“Good people of Lagos, today, 24 more fully recovered COVID19Lagos patients; 15 males and 9 females, all Nigerians were discharged from the Onikan,  Gbagada, Agidingbi and Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Isolation facilities to reunite with the society”.
 
“The patients, 4 from Onikan, 1 from Gbagada, 1 from Agidingbi and 18 from LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged having fully recovered and tested negative to #COVID19”. 
 
With this, the number number of #COVID19 confirmed cases that have been successfully managed and discharged in Lagos has risen to 952.
