The Executive Chairman Amuwo Odofin Local Government Dr. Valentine Buraimoh and the Special Adviser to the Governor on Central Business District (CBD) Hon. Gbenga Oyerinde on Tuesday oversee the sharing of the Stimulus Food Package across the Local Government.
The relief materials as directed by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu initiated to alleviate the sufferings of indigents across the Local Government in the state as a result of the effects of the Stay at home directives by the Federal Government to curb the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Hon Buraimoh while overseeing the distribution of the package, he ensured that the most vulnerable and aged were identified as priority in the sharing process.
The Council Chairman seized the opportunity to appeal to residents to comply with the stay at home directives to curtail the deadly COVID-19 ravaging the world.
