The Chief Imam of Ikeja Central Mosque and Ikeja Division, Alhaji Tijani Olayiwola Balogun is dead

Alhaji Balogun died at the age of 103 years by noon of Thursday at his residence on Oritshe Street, Ikeja, Lagos State.

Reliable sources informed Lagos Panorama that his burial will take place tomorrow Friday according to Islamic rite, after the Jumat prayer, at his residence to allow participation of all well wishers including the State government.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.
