The Executive Chairman of Ojo Local Government, Hon. Rasulu Olusola Idowu on Saturday, 20th March 2021, showers encomium in gratitude on Governor Babajide Olusola SANWO-OLU’s administration ably represented by The Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat at the commissioning of the Mile 10-Ira-Muwo-Tedi Road and Bridge (Phase l) in Ojo, Lagos State. His speech:
“It was ecstasy of gratitude and celebration as today formed a special day in our history as local government administration. We will continue to be grateful for this wonderful opportunity in the share of democratic dividend to Ojo from the ever passionate administration of Governor Babajide Olusola SANWO-OLU, The Executive Governor of Lagos State.”
“The commissioned road today is a huge relief to the ever busy Badagry expressway, under construction and Olojo drive due to congestion and bottleneck traffic as well as the economic liberation of area. Unfortunately, it’s mission yet to complete, by that, we want to appeal for the phase ll kickoff and completion upto Tedi and Abule-Osun respectively. We are mindful of the road commencement since April 2008, when terminated from the first coy, Mssrs Moreno-Marinas-Lagoon Plc in December 2012 and re-awarded to Lopek construction Nig. Ltd. We are here to express our gratitude to MR SANWO-OLU-HAMZAT administration for their uncompromising services and spirit accomplishment, thus far. Please assist with the remaining.”
