He also disclosed that a mock election exercise would be conducted in December to test the strength, preparedness and effectiveness of the mobilisation structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The Council chairman urged the stakeholders to return to their respective communities and sensitise their members, families and associates on the importance of participating in the electoral process.

He urged eligible voters to ensure that their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) are ready for the election, stressing that the PVC remains an important instrument of political participation.

According to him, the CCCC’s strategy for the 2027 election cycle is different from the approach adopted in 2023, with greater emphasis being placed on ward-based mobilisation rather than relying predominantly on mega rallies.

He explained that the ward-based approach was designed to take campaign activities closer to the people and strengthen direct grassroots engagement.

Jeje also highlighted the economic reforms of the Tinubu administration, noting that the impact of some policies would take time to fully manifest.
