The ceremony which took place in the Council chamber was witnessed by the wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila among other top government functionaries.

The event is ongoing at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
