The Chairman All Progressives Congress Ikeja LGA Maiyegun Dally Adeokun has commiserate with the immediate family of the late Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, Hon Oladotun Olakanle who unfortunately passed on Saturday after a brief illness.
The party Chairman Maiyegun Adeokun in a statement said “On behalf of the leaders and entire members of our party in Ikeja Local Government, I extend our deepest condolences to the wife, children, leaders, legislators, management, and the entire members of our party in Onigbongbo LCDA on the sudden passing of our beloved Council Chairman, Hon. Dotun Olakanle, fondly known as “Tantolorun” or “Dotcom”.
Adeokun who’s also the Chair of Chair of the 57 APC LGA Chairmen in Lagos State noted that “this world is indeed a stage, and we are all actors who will eventually leave the stage at the end of our play. Hon. Olakanle has completed his role on Earth, and he performed creditably well as the Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA. May the Lord grant him eternal rest and peace”.
“As we mourn this great loss, we take comfort in the fact that he lived a life of service and dedication to our party and community. His legacy will continue to inspire us to work towards a better future for all”.
