The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has disowned a purported primary election timetable in circulation, saying it is yet to roll out a timetable for the exercise.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has given all political parties in the country up till June 3, 2022, to conduct primaries for the 2023 elections.

However, there are some reports that the ruling party has fixed a date in May for its presidential primary.

But the APC National Publicity Secretary, Barrister Felix Morka, told newsmen on Wednesday at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja, that the APC has no knowledge of the timetable in circulationg.
