Apatira lays foundation of Tripple ‘I’ Apartments

In a brief ceremony at Ikale Street, The Executive Chairman of Itire-Ikate LCDA, Hon. (Dr.) Ahmed Olanrewaju Apatira laid the foundation of The First Itire-Ikate LCDA owned housing project christened, “Triple ‘I’ Apartments”, Situated at 18, Ikale Street, Ijeshatedo, Surulere-Lagos on Wednesday, 9th December, 2020.

Dr. Apatira while engendering the project assured residents of his commitment to an improved standard of living for the people of Itire-Ikate which prompted the undertaking of the triple I residential development.

The project managers, DeGreatKIG Integral Limited and Dynafort Consult assured the chairman and people of itire-ikate of their committal to adhere to the approved and agreed quality standard cum delivery within the project timeframe.

In his address the chairman urges residents to provide adequate cooperation to the contractor for actualization and delivery of the project in stipulated time.

The occasion was also witnessed by members of the Executive Council Members; Honourable Legislators; APC Itire-Ikate Exco led by LGA Chairman Alhaji Ayinde Kushimo; APC Ward Chairmen and Excos; AOA Apostles; Management team led by Council Manager, Mrs. Attah.
