The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Pa Jeleel Balogun, father of former Ikeja Local Government Chairman, Engr. Mojeed Balogun.
In a condolence message, Dauda, on behalf of his family, the government and people of Ikeja Local Government, extended heartfelt sympathies to Engr. Mojeed Balogun and the entire Balogun family over the painful loss.
He described the death of a father as an immeasurable loss, noting that a father’s love, wisdom, sacrifices and guidance remain priceless legacies that live on through his children.
The Chairman urged the bereaved family to draw strength and comfort from the cherished memories of the deceased and the enduring values he imparted during his lifetime.
