The Tinubu/Shettima Grassroots Independent Campaign Council (ICC) is set to educate Nigerians on the use of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS).

National Coordinator (North), Umar Ibrahim, an architect, said this in Abuja at a briefing.
The group unveiled an app called the ICC Chat.
Ibrahim said: “We have been working with support groups for the past three years.”
One of the creators of the app, Dr. Oshodi Abiola, said it was designed for data gathering.
He said: “You can download it on Google Playstore or shoppingmode Apple store.
“We are going to be training people in our support groups to help people that might have challenges downloading the app.
“The uniqueness of the app is that when people register, it captures everything about the user down to the polling unit.
“You would have to include your voter card registration details before accessing the features on the app, so it does not allow fake or double registration.
“By the time the app is fully developed, we would have an idea of the potential voters that would vote for our candidate.
“We want to make it a unique election where our candidate would score the highest votes ever recorded in the history of Nigeria that is also verifiable.”
