Gridlock imminent as Lagos shuts road in Ijora: Plan your movement

The Lagos State Government has released the diversion plan for the construction of flexible pavements which links Eko Bridge from Saturday 6th to Sunday 7th August, 2022.

The Lagos State Government has released the diversion plan for the construction of flexible pavements which links Eko Bridge from Saturday 6th to Sunday 7th August, 2022.

This is in reference to the notification received from the Federal Ministry of Works on the Ijora Eastlink/Causeway project.

According to the project schedule contained in the notification, motorists will be diverted into National Theatre to connect Ijora and Costain during the course of the rehabilitation works.

The Commissioner for Transportation, Dr. Frederic Oladeinde appealed to the motoring public to comply with the State Traffic Management Authority who will be deployed to the axis to minimize inconveniences.
