APC Ikeja elects delegates for Presidential Primary/National Convention

It was giltz and fanfare as the All Progressives Congress Ikeja elects delegates for the Presidential primary election and national convention on Tuesday at the Oluwalehinmu Sports Center, Ikeja, Lagos Capital.

The well attended party congress was monitored by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), State Security Service (SSS) and security provided by the Nigerian Police.

The congress was anchored by the Vice-Chairman APC Lagos West Chief Funso Ologunde consensually elected three national delegates from the Ikeja Federal Constituency namely Hon Julius Oloro, Hon Babatunde Oke both Executive Chairmen Ojodu and Onigbongbo LCDAs respectively and the Chairman APC Onigbongbo Alhaja Iyabode Akerele that will be going to the National Convention come October 6 for the Presidential direct primaries and for the APC National Convention.

Other dignitaries at the event were Member House of Representative Hon James Abiodun Faleke, Hon Adedamola Richard Kasunmu, Dr. (Engr.) Mojeed Balogun Executive Chairman Ikeja Local Government Council, Alhaji Dally Adeokun Chairman APC Ikeja, Mayor Alani Okikioposu, Engr. Kehinde Akinola, Dr Salako, all APC LGA and wards excutives, councilors and a host of others.
