Ojodu LCDA Chairman signs 2021 appropriation bill into law

The Ojodu LCDA Legislative Council, led by leader of the house, Hon. Wasiu Seidu has formally approved and passed into law the 2021 Budget of Consolidation which marks the last of the Second term tenure of Ojodu Local Council’s Hon. Engr Julius Olumuyiwa Oloro’s led administration which is gradually coming to a graceful end.

The Ojodu LCDA Legislative Council, led by leader of the house, Hon. Wasiu Seidu has formally approved and passed into law the 2021 Budget of Consolidation which marks the last of the Second term tenure of Ojodu Local Council’s Hon. Engr Julius Olumuyiwa Oloro’s led administration which is gradually coming to a graceful end.

At a brief ceremony attended by top Executives, Management and Legislators of the council held in the Chairman’s office, the Chairman was made to append his signature on the budget which is intended to consolidate the overtime accomplishments of the outgoing administration in the aspect of infrastructure, education, women, youths and sports, social and community development among others.

In his remark, the Chairman appreciated every top echelon officers for their cooperation since inception of the regime which has passed 3 appropriation bills into law earlier. The council Head of Administration also joined in appreciating the legislative arm for a thoroughand job well done despite challenges faced with the process.

Responding to the encomiums, the leader of the house in his remarks charged the executives to ensure execution of the budgetary provisions to the letter; adding that where there was need to cut-down it was done same as where there was need to add to the provisions submitted for approval to the house.

All council and community stakeholders that have played their active role in ensuring that the budget comes to limelight were appreciated for the good job well done.
