An articulated truck laden with food stuff collided with a moving train this Monday morning at Jonathan Coker railway crossing in Fagba Lagos.
Lagos Panorama gathered that the loaded trailer attempted to drive past the railway just as the train was approaching, but was unfortunately rammed into by the train conveying passengers to their respective destinations.
Further investigation revealed that reckless driving by the truck driver who drove facing oncoming vehicle did not totally clear off the rail line led to the accident.
A tricycle was completely crushed but the driver escaped by sheer luck.
The train has been pulled off the road while the ease of traffic is being restored.
