Court suspends Oshiomhole as APC National Chairman

National Chairman APC Comrade Adams Oshiomhole

An FCT High Court has suspended Mr. Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Justice Danlami Senchi gave the ruling on Wednesday in Jabi, Abuja.

He ordered Oshiomhole to step down pending the determination of the substantive suit seeking his removal as the APC chairman.

The ruling follows an application of interlocutory injunction filed by Oluwale Afolabi asking the court to suspend Mr Oshiomhole, having been suspended as a member of the APC by the party in Edo State.
