Obasa-led Administration Boosts Grassroots Healthcare with Essential Medical Equipment, as Health Experts and Stakeholders Prepare for Strategic Deliberations
Agege Local Government has stepped up efforts to strengthen grassroots healthcare delivery with the provision of essential medical equipment to four Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs), alongside plans to host the 2026 Agege Health Summit.
The summit, scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Council Secretariat Hall, Agege, will bring together policymakers, healthcare professionals, institutional leaders and other stakeholders to deliberate on strategies for improving primary healthcare services and ensuring accessible, efficient and quality medical care for residents.
