AKOD Celebrates Akinola, APC Apex Leader, on Birthday
LAGOS — The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has joined family, friends and political associates to celebrate the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Maritime Academy of Nigeria (MAN) and APC Apex Leader in Ikeja, Engr. Kehinde Olayinka Akinola, on his birthday.
AKOD was joined at the celebration by the Vice Chairman, Hon. Abisola Omisore; Secretary to the Local Government, Prince Adeyinka Illo; other members of the Executive Council; and the Ikeja APC LGA Chairman, Hon. Adebowale Adetoro and other LGA Executives.
The birthday gathering, held at Akinola’s residence in Omole Estate, Ikeja, Lagos, also attracted the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal University of Transportation, Daura (FUTD), Hon. Wahab Akanni Owokoniran; Director-General of the Central Campaign Coordinating Committee (CCCC), Ikeja Federal Constituency Hon Yinka Jeje, Directors of various campaign directorates, former Sole Administrator of Ikeja Local Government, Engr. Abiodun Taiwo, Lagos State House of Assembly former Aspirant Hon Dipo Okeowo and other party leaders and associates.

The celebration also provided an opportunity to welcome and celebrate Akinola in his new role as the Coordinator of the APC Campaign in Ikeja.
Guests paid glowing tributes to the veteran party leader, highlighting his passion for service, generosity, commitment to the APC and contributions to the development of Ikeja.
The atmosphere was filled with music, dancing and fond reminiscences as friends, family members and political associates celebrated the celebrant and his years of service and dedication.
Speaking at the gathering, AKOD extolled Engr. Akinola’s virtues, describing him as a committed party leader and a man whose contributions to the growth of the party and Ikeja remain significant.
He wished the celebrant many more years of good health, happiness, fulfilment and pleasant surprises.
